ROOM504 jewellery pieces are made to withstand general wear and tear and are guarenteed for 12 month for any manufacturing defects (this excludes chains and stones, we can not take responsibility for cracked/broken stones or snagged chains).We ask that you remove your delicate pieces when washing up, showering,bathing, working out or engaging any other actvity which may damage your jewellery.

Brass pieces will tarnish, we ask that you embrace it or use one of our no fuss cleaning suggestions to shine them up.

There are no returns or cancellations on customized piecqes.

 

Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, please contact us and we will try our utmost to resolve the issue.

All standard ROOM 504, jewellery pieces are made to order and may take 2-10 business days to be dispatched. Custom orders may take up to 15 workings to be dispatched.

All other items (Gathered, Prints etc.) in the store will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. If you are buying these items along with a piece of ROOM 504 jewellery please take note of the ROOM 504 lead time.

We are currently based in China and International Shipping (China Post) can be expected to arrive within  3-4 weeks.Domestic shipping (ZTO expess) can be expected within 2-4 days.
